Service Policy
All services are final. No refunds or credit will be applied once service is started.
It is my goal to satisfy all my customers. If you are not satisfied with the service you were provided, please inform before leaving. If any issues arise later, please contact me within 5 days from the date of service. I will fix needed repairs at no additional charge.
The longevity of any regular polish / Gel products are NOT guaranteed once the service has been completed. Repairs after 5 days from the date of service will incur an additional charge.
